SIC MARKING France strengthens its commitment to the QVCT approach: a strategic lever for well-being and performance

At SIC MARKING France, our commitment to excellence goes far beyond our products. With this in mind, we have officially launched our QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) approach, a strategic initiative that reflects our desire to improve working conditions while supporting our company’s growth.

Why are we committed to this approach?

QVCT is therefore an integral part of our overall continuous improvement approach. Our aim is to reconcile our employees’ expectations with the company’s performance challenges. By taking care of the individuals who make up SIC MARKING, we strengthen our ability to innovate and meet future challenges.

An initiative supported by a committed team

This project was initiated by our Management, under the aegis of Jean Manuel PAUCHET and Gérard BARRAUD, and is orchestrated by Marie-Céline MICHEL, Sales Administrator. A dedicated committee, comprising Chloé BOISSON, Chloe BENASSI PRONESTI, Mathias GREBILLE-ROMAND and Denis MORIN, has been set up to ensure the follow-up and effectiveness of this approach. Together, they will work on developing and implementing concrete actions to improve team well-being, while supporting the company’s overall performance.
