XXL-BOX laser marking station

The integrated reading function allows the automatic reading of 2D and 3D codes.
When the cycle is started, the codes are immediately read in the same programme sequence, with no additional movement.

The reader outputs the result of the reading, with any necessary code quality grading.

This data is sent through a network or through inputs/outputs to the cell automatic system or to an external controller.

The proposed system allows the code to be read irrespective of its position in the marking window.

This function has a high resolution camera integral with the laser head.
This allows standard 2D codes (QR-Code, Datamatrix) to be read on all types of material and on difficult surface conditions.

It is compatible with HD lasers, Easy and the 3D function,
and is also compatible with the BOX stations.

One or more axes are mechanically attached to the marking cell, allowing positioning by translation on linear guides, manually or with electrical assistance.

Manual positioning is intended for prototype and small run utilisations, while electrical axes are useful for repetitive production and high rates.

The benefit:

• Setting up is simple and flexible to match production needing various marking positions on large parts or rotary plate marking.

• Positioning on large parts production run marking are facilitated and properly indexed. Returns to the idle position will offer the same advantages.

The manual drawer is an option available on the laser box versions, comprising a sliding loading support plate for parts.

The marking area is thus made very accessible by a simple push-pull action, including for very large parts.
